Why we gather

An ancient thread, still running.

Old folklore from O’Dubhda Country tells that it was our ancestor, a chieftain of the Uí Fiachrach, who held the young Patrick captive on Slemish’s slope. Sixteen centuries on, the family name still threads through the diaspora — from Ireland out to Britain, North America, Australia, and back. Every March 17, in pubs from Enniscrone to Toronto, cousins lift a glass to the long memory of the clan.

This map is how we find each other.

The map

Find a cousin near you

Each pin is a clan member raising a glass on March 17. Click a pin for the pub, the time, and the host’s name. Paid members can RSVP to a gathering; everyone is welcome to walk in.

Pin your own pub

Wherever you are on March 17, plant a flag.

Don’t see your town on the map? Become the first O’Dubhda there. Pick a pub, pick a time, post your pin — and let cousins find you. The map updates the moment you submit.
