A note on the photos you share

By uploading a photograph to this site, you grant the O'Dubhda Clan a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt it in any clan publication, website, social media, exhibition, or printed material, now or in the future. You keep the right to use your own photographs anywhere else you wish.

You confirm that the photographs are yours — that you took them, or that you hold the rights to share them — and that no one else's permission is needed. You also confirm that everyone clearly identifiable in a photo is happy to appear, and that the images are appropriate for a family-friendly heritage website.

If a photograph shows a child under 18, please only upload it with the consent of the child's parent or guardian.

If a photograph ever needs to come down, just email us and we'll remove it.
