The Clan Council reserves the right to remove any memorial we judge inconsistent with the values of the clan, or in response to a credible complaint or factual problem. Memorial purchases are non-refundable and treated as donations to the Clan. We intend to maintain these memorials in perpetuity, but make no warranty that the website itself will remain available forever.
